today went 4 olahraga training...i think i hav ponteng 4 duno how many week d..
jz oni few of us cum 4 training..quite tired..
get sum skill 2run 4x400m in sports day..
i dun hav any confidence on it..cz i noe i not enuf oksigen 2run 400m..
but i muz try my best 4 tis very 1st time..
i muz tel myself tat i can do it..
stil got 3week is sports day..i muz train it better..haha
